Terms of use

Pheraa helps people nearby swap or sell unopened gifts. We do not take payment, handle goods, or inspect items.

• List only items that are unopened, in their original seal and legal to resell. Medicines, alcohol, opened cosmetics and used items are not allowed.
• Food must have at least 14 days before expiry when listed. You are responsible for its safety and for following applicable laws.
• Be honest in listings and messages. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these rules.
• Featuring a gift is a paid service. Fees are charged through Razorpay and are not refundable once the gift is featured, except where the law requires.
• Exchanges happen between users. Pheraa is not a party to them and is not liable for items, payments or meetings, to the extent the law allows.
